and play a central role in shaping the tax compliance and reporting framework
for the Ledcor Group.
Reporting to the Tax Director, you'll lead the preparation and coordination of
Ledcor's Canadian income tax compliance and reporting obligations — bringing

everything you do. As a subject matter specialist in Canadian income taxation of

contributing to strategic tax initiatives across the organization.
Come join the True Blue team by applying today in Vancouver, BC.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end preparation and review of Canadian federal and provincial
corporate income tax returns for a large portfolio of entities — including

partnering with internal teams and external advisors to support compliance
obligations, provide input into tax planning activities, and ensure timely
and efficient execution.
- Identify and analyze complex Canadian tax issues, providing well-supported

- Prepare annual income tax provisions for consolidated financial statements in
accordance with applicable tax legislation, leveraging a strong understanding
of business operations and financial results.

accounting inquiries and supporting audit processes.

assess risk, and develop well-supported responses.
- Support and facilitate tax audits and reviews by preparing documentation and
ensuring timely, effective resolution of issues in alignment with applicable
legislation and organizational objectives.
