Manager of Tax Accounting

We are currently looking for a Manager of Tax Accounting to join our team in Franklin, TN. In this role, you will lead tax provision and reporting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with ASC 740.

You will also drive process improvements through technology and provide strategic tax insights to support broader business objectives. Additionally, this position plays a key leadership role in developing talent and partnering cross-functionally.

Tax Provision & Reporting Lead preparation and review of the income tax provision, including effective tax rate, current and deferred taxes, valuation allowances, and return-to-provision adjustments Ensure accurate and timely close processes are completed, including tax journal entries and account reconciliations Oversee proper presentation of tax-related balances and disclosures in financial statements (e.

###requirements### Prepare documentation, respond to audit inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of issues Regulatory Monitoring & Planning Monitor changes in tax law and accounting standards (federal, state, and local) and assess impacts on tax provision and forecasts Identify risks and opportunities to support tax planning and optimization strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and other business units to understand transactions impacting the tax provision Facilitate clear communication of tax impacts and ensure alignment across stakeholders Who We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, plus 7+ years of relevant tax accounting

Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP tax accounting

###Experience### in a Big 4/public accounting firm or large corporate tax department
