###Job Description### Key

###responsibilities### ▪Tax Advisory: Provide tax advice on various matters. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements. Ensure alignment with legal, tax and regulatory standards.

▪ Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to address tax-related issues. ▪ Regulatory Assessment: Assess the impact of changes in tax law and regulations across jurisdictions on the organisation and implement necessary updates to policies and practices. ▪ Regulatory filings/authorities contacts: Preparation and filing of documents and correspondence in tax matters etc ▪ Driving digital change: Evaluate digital means/tools to improve internal processes and ltax services.

Requirements

###Qualifications### and

###skills### for the job ▪ Educational background: University degree in Law. Additional certifications such as a bar admission, federal tax diploma, LLM or equivalent are preferred. ▪ Professional experience:

###Experience### in tax advisory jobs, preferably within a law firm, consultancy or financial services industry. ▪ Track record: Proven expertise in the tax areas which are required for the specific role. ▪ Technical skills: Strong knowledge of tax systems in key jurisdictions.

Proficiency in contract drafting, and tax risk management. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tax-specific tools. ▪ Language skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and the local language.

Key differentiators to P6 ▪ Knowledge and Application: Holds extensive tax expertise and shapes the function’s vision and standards. Provides direction on the most complex matters and drives innovation across business units, heavily influencing the organisation’s tax strategy. ▪ Impact and Accountability: Oversees major tax functions with a wide-reaching impact, ensuring alignment with organisation-wide goals and compliance.

Translates the company’s vision into practical plans and mentors others to achieve medium- and long-term objectives. ▪ Job Autonomy: Leads with significant decision-making freedom, setting own objectives and priorities that shape the function globally or across regions. Is expected to chart the course for the broader tax team and set benchmarks for performance.
