From the employerAssociate Director, Regional Tax Americas Location: The ideal candidate will be located in or willing to relocate to Morristown, NJ, Greenwood, SC, or Tampa, FL. Regular onsite presence at one of these locations is required for this position. What you will get: The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $160,200 to $186,900.

What you will do: We’re building a brand-new standalone tax function following a carve-out and are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director, Regional Tax Americas to lead tax operations and provide expert guidance across the Americas region.
This role is responsible for overseeing direct and indirect tax matters, ensuring compliance with regional and global requirements, and supporting business objectives through effective tax planning and risk management. The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner to regional leadership while driving consistency, governance, and operational excellence across tax processes.
###experience### in corporate tax, preferably within a multinational organization or in-house environment Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations, with
###experience### in tax compliance, reporting, and accounting Proven ability to manage tax risk, governance frameworks, and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions
###Experience### working with ERP and financial systems, with strong understanding of data and reporting
