Sr Indirect Tax Analyst

• Responsible for Globus Medical Global Indirect tax compliance

• Preparing and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual VAT/GST returns,

Intrastat reports and EU Sales Listings.

• Secure timely VAT/GST payments and follow up on refunds. Clear tracking of

the balances and communicating with all related teams with internal and

external parties.

• Performing VAT/GST accounts reconciliations and analysis.

• Support indirect tax audits and communicate with local tax authorities.

• Verify that purchase and sales invoices are compliant from VAT/GST

perspective. Being a contact point with external customers, suppliers and

internal organization.

• Addressing system issues related to ERP and help resolving them in

cooperation with IT.

• Configuration and maintenance of ERP system;

• Addressing system issues related to ERP and help resolving them in

• Identify, document, and recommend business requirements for implementing

VAT/GST tax compliance processes and system improvements

• Work with internal IT, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, and

supply chain for all VAT related adhoc matters.
