###About the Role### At PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions, every team member plays a critical role in delivering the products, equipment, and expertise that keep America’s infrastructure projects moving forward. The Tax Associate is responsible for supporting a wide range of tax functions, including compliance, audits, planning, and reporting across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.

This role serves as a key liaison with external tax consultants and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization of the company’s tax position. This position reports to the CFO and operates in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. What You’ll Do Review and assist in the preparation of federal and state income tax filings, coordinating with internal accounting teams as needed Oversee and manage property tax processes, including evaluations, protests, and ensuring timely payments without penalties Manage and coordinate state and local sales and use tax audits Research federal, state, and local tax issues related to ongoing operations, audit matters, and acquisition activity Monitor changes in tax legislation, assess impact, and communicate findings to leadership Develop and deliver internal training on sales, use, and excise taxes Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within tax software systems (e.

###What You Bring### Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum of 3 years of progressive

###experience### in tax (income, sales/use, property, and transaction tax) Strong knowledge of transaction tax concepts, practices, and procedures Proven ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple stakeholders effectively Strong analytical and critical thinking
