Job Description
- In this role, you will support employees on international assignments by helping
- manage their tax responsibilities. You will assist in ensuring compliance,
- improving tax processes, and minimizing risks and costs while helping employees
- transition smoothly across countries.
- Prepare and file tax returns for globally mobile employees
- Provide tax advice on assignments, payroll, and social security
- Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll tax matters
- Advise employees on tax obligations and policies
- Analyze compensation data and optimize tax positions
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor international tax developments and conduct research
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Manage client engagements, including billing and KPIs
- Act as main client contact, ensuring service quality
- Support global mobility tax strategies for clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in law, (Applied) Economics, Business Administration,
Commerce or a bachelor's degree in accountancy/taxation
- We welcome applications from recent graduates eager to start their careers in
an international environment, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of
professional experience
- Fluency in Dutch or French and English
- A passion for numbers and for contact with people from all over the globe
- Accuracy, good writing skills as well as a practical and hands-on attitude
- Drive and dynamism that contributes to the team spirit
