As a Tax Operations Associate, you will support the tax practice operations team by assisting with data management and process operations. You will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation, reporting, and continuous improvement of operational workflows. Your daily tasks will include efforts support processes, manage project objectives and risks, and ensure effective resolution of initiatives.

###Responsibilities### Operations & Reporting Responsible for internal role transition reporting. Timely updating of roles and working directly with leaders and TFLs to ensure client support. Continued effort to streamline processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency Develop and document process improvements to further optimize workflows as needed for all operational projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness Ensure consistent and accurate reporting to support financial oversight and decision-making.
Assist with operational tasks as needed to refine processes and reduce manual workload. Support team in execution of strategic or tactical imperatives Provide direct support for time-sensitive and proprietary tasks for Assigned Leadership team members as requested Data Analysis & Reconciliation Collect, reconcile, and review operational data using tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Word, and Outlook Identify trends and discrepancies in financial data to on-going initiatives Validate data inputs to ensure consistency and reliability in reporting.
###Qualifications### Education/Certifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
###experience### – Required Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field – Preferred Technical/Soft
