Senior Accountant, AP – Treasury & Tax

The Senior Accountant – Treasury and tax is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance related to treasury operations and tax activities. This role supports cash management, banking relationships and tax accounting while maintaining alignment with GAAP and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in strengthening internal controls, improving processes, and supporting audits.

Essential Functions Serve as the primary accounting point of contact for banking and treasury initiatives including the setup of new accounts, lockbox testing, statement management and other banking related activities Manage and account for daily cash activity, including incoming/outgoing wires, ACH, and transfers Maintain oversight of bank accounts and banking documentation Coordinate data gathering and support for external tax filings and compliance requirements.
