About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our growing Business
- Services team in Perth. In this role, you will contribute to high‑quality
- compliance and advisory work across a diverse portfolio of clients (including
- SME's, small businesses, high net worth individuals and investment companies &
- trusts), while developing your technical capability and advancing your career in
- a supportive, high‑performing environment. You’ll work closely with Partners and
- Directors, gaining exposure to complex matters and contributing to impactful
client outcomes. You will also enjoy managing your own clients.

development across technical, business development and people capabilities, so
that you can successfully progress within our firm
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a range of complex financial statements in accordance with
regulatory, accounting and financial reporting standards;
- Prepare clear and concise work papers and review work papers of junior staff;
- Supervise junior staff on certain jobs, as appropriate;
- Perform tax planning for clients;
- Prepare tax returns for all entities;
- Prepare Business Activity Statements;
- Quarterly and annual tax compliance matters;
- Prepare advice for clients in relation to business operations and regulatory
matters;
- General business administration.
About You
- CA or CPA Qualification;
- 3-5 years Business Services/Tax experience (mid-tier experience desirable);
- Client focused. Strong commitment to quality service and client
relationships;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to establish professional relations with internal and external
clients;
- Demonstrated analytical/problem solving ability;
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage individual and team workflow;
- Self-motivated; takes responsibility for personal and professional
development;
- Team player; committed to supporting team members;
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work;
- Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook (Copilot);
- Workday (desired)
- Xero (desired)
