About the Role
- We are looking for Customs Process Training Expert who can contribute to create
- an environment where the Customs department can fulfil the vision of “Customer
- obsession, efficient for us” in all of the team within its scope.
Key Responsibilities
- The individual will be a part of a team and will be responsible for training and
- education, within the customer service group. They will be required to
- Develop a systematic training program for Customs teams to support the
production team in achieving the individual targets aimed at delivering the
specified service level agreements at all times
- Ensure that the relevant Customs training materials are always kept updated
- Conduct system and process training as required by the business needs (LnS
product trainings, new hire training, refresher courses, cross-training etc) in
conjunction with the team schedule on the floor
- Responsible for the creation and execution of a development program within
Customs process to ensure end to end process competence of high performers
- Coordinates closely with cluster leads, team managers and SME Customs
specialist to identify training needs and/or gaps, schedule refresher training
in a timely manner, help team be familiar with the system and process
- Be responsible for the development of real competency measurement program
within Customs process to monitor the staff competency level in their respective
process on a regular basis during the year
7, Assist in systems implementation, testing, training and issue resolution of
existing global Maersk systems
- ensure that company policies are executed accordingly and responsible for
communication of company policies to trainees/end users
Who are we looking for
- Applicants must hold a degree from a recognised university together with a
- minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Logistics or the shipping
- industry.
- You will also have custom house Brokerage (CHB) experience or have worked in a
- customs environment with excellent knowledge of the industry in Poland.
Additionally, candidate must have
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Should be also well versed
with Polish to connect with local stakeholders
2, Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working
relationship (internal and external stakeholders)
3.Excellent time management skills; multitasking and prioritisation, planning
work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals
- The ability to prepare effective reports, with the capacity to handle change,
stay open to different ideas and support positive changes
- Good knowledge of Customs process within the liner and transportation
industry together with a good working knowledge of the integration of service
delivery and process excellence nature in the BPO industry
- The ability to deliver effective coaching to trainees and the desire to
develop advanced training skills
The vacancy we are trying to fill would be the trainer that would support the
team across all shifts (90-95% EU time zone). Although there needs to be
flexibility depending upon the courses to be covered and the availability of
both trainees and trainers
