Job Description: Department Overview: The TD Securities Capital Management Group is part of the Wholesale Banking Finance group and is accountable for all capital and leverage exposure management, and funds transfer pricing for TDS.
The group provides subject matter expertise and advice to the business to support optimal financial resource management. Further, the group is involved in consultations and industry discussions regarding current and upcoming OSFI Capital requirements, as it relates to capital markets products. It is also responsible for allocation of capital for business line measurement and ownership of Capital Management Frameworks including establishment of segment limits, ongoing monitoring and escalation, and leading optimization and cost savings initiatives.
Job Overview: The Senior Manager, Wholesale FTP is the primary lead and point of contact for all Liquidity Premium (LP)–related activities within TDS Finance.
###The role### is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of BAU FTP results, oversight of the LP process for Forecast and Plan cycles, and clear communication of LP outcomes and drivers to senior stakeholders. In addition,
###the role### provides strategic direction on framework enhancements, manages critical assumptions, and leads initiatives to improve allocation methodologies and business logic.
###experience### Strong understanding of Wholesale Banking businesses, trade types, and funding implications Solid knowledge of Fixed Income, Money Market instruments, and derivatives (e.g., repo, bonds, futures, forwards, options, swaps) Proven
