As a tax coding specialist you’ll be responsible for first time right tax coding of vendor/supplier invoices.

We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch! What you’ll do Perform First Time Right Invoice Tax coding and post invoices.

Ensure invoice processing in adherence to Tax regulations and reduce leakage of tax credits. Liaise with Tax teams to develop necessary checks & balances for invoice processing. Follow work instructions and ensure adherence to internal controls.

Regularly Track & report the status of assigned tasks. Deliver on SLA/KPIs related to assigned process. Monitor and help resolving queries & Escalations with appropriate RCA.

Actively participate & contribute to Drive process efficiencies and improvements to attain a robust process.

###qualifications### 5+ years of

###experience### in performing the Tax Coding activity for different countries in Europe. Ability to read and interpret documents such as vendor invoices, instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic understanding of Financial Accounting & Tax regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality is a must Awareness and ability to drive efficiencies on Key Metrices like First pass yield, Vendor Paid on time, Invoice & Payment exceptions etc. Strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively. Ability to communicate and document problems, resolutions, and action plans.

Metric driven mind set. Flexible to work 12 to 9 PM shifts.

###Skills### & Abilities CA Inter, MBA (Finance), M Com or other similar qualification

###Experience### working within a VIM Open Text ERP system. Understanding of PO/Non-PO Invoices, 3-way match & GR-IR process Detail oriented and assertive when dealing with external and internal customers. Demonstrates the ability to think at the goal level (smart, agile, demonstrates common sense).

First Time Right (FTR) Approach Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Quick learner and ability to deliver within assigned SLA.
