We are now looking for an experienced Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to join
our Global Transfer Pricing team in Copenhagen as Head of TP Operations. This
role sits at the heart of Maersk’s strategic Transfer Pricing initiatives with
the responsibility of all aspects of TP Operations across our global footprint –
including systems and platform enablement, data and process optimization,
automation, TP compliance, and more.

- This is an office-based role, requiring on-site presence five days per week.
- Relocation support is not available for this position.
About the Role & Team
You’ll join our Global Tax organisation of 200+ professionals, across Corporate
Income Tax, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing. The Global Transfer Pricing team
consists of 15 Transfer Pricing professionals handling all aspects of in-house
Transfer Pricing, including Advisory, Controversy, Treasury, Compliance,
Operations, and more, partnering closely with colleagues in Finance, Legal, HR
and Commercial organisations across Maersk.
Reporting directly to the Head of Transfer Pricing, you will own the strategic
agenda for operational transfer pricing, with responsibility for driving data
and process optimisation, enabling systems and platforms, delivering and
improving TP compliance and advancing automation. In this role, you will lead
the TP Operations team, oversee and execute strategic projects, and ensure
continuous improvement across all operational transfer pricing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Maersk’s strategic roadmap for operational transfer
pricing, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business objectives
- Lead the global TP Operations team, including colleagues across operations
and compliance teams
- Drive and contribute to TP and cross‑functional projects focused on data and
process improvements, technology enablement and automation
- Develop and maintain TP data and process governance
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to shaping Maersk’s long‑term TP
strategy and operating model
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally including operational TP and advisory
(industry or Big 4)
- Accounting and finance experience, preferably in connection with TP and/or
Tax Operations
- Experience within areas such as technology enablement, system
implementations, transformation projects, process and data optimization etc.
- Experience leading people and teams, with proven project and stakeholder
management skills across functions and geographies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify
complexity.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without
authority.
