Job Description

As part of the Tax Team, the Senior Associate will be involved with the tax reporting processes and client relationships with our hedge fund/private equity clients. The position will include interaction with global offices and clients. This position is hybrid in our Dallas, Tx or Raleigh, NC offices. Visa sponsorship will not be provided at this time.

S. tax analysis of transactions including, but not limited to the following: Wash sales analysis Section 1256 analysis Holding period analysis (long-term vs.

short term) Constructive sales (section 1259) Straddles (section 1092) Original issue discount (OID) Market discount Treatment of derivatives (e. g.

Experience

Completed a bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting 2+ years of

experience
