###Position Summary### The Property Tax Assistant provides administrative support to team members in the personal property compliance process. Essential

###Duties### and

###Responsibilities### Perform property tax data entry into PTMS, OneSource, PowerPlan, and DMA’s internal software PTCA Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate individuals Create folders and file tax renditions Manually prep all tax renditions as directed by the analysts Create and seal mailers to be given to the mail clerk for mailing Log certified numbers into PTCA for tax return filings and tax bills Contact taxing authorities to request information Assist with filing of extension requests and updating PTCA accordingly Copying and scanning of Returns, Renditions, Notices, Tax Bills, Work papers, etc.

###Qualifications### High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years’ office or administrative

###experience### preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with database entry with high level of attention to detail and accuracy of data entry work Strong verbal and written communication
