###Overview### The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the group’s transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and risk management, with a strong focus on OECD BEPS requirements, including Pillar 2 (Global Minimum Tax) and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). Key

###Responsibilities### 1. Transfer Pricing Compliance & Documentation • Lead preparation, review, and maintenance of Master File and Local Files across jurisdictions • Ensure transfer pricing documentation complies with OECD and local regulations • Ensure consistency between financial data, TP documentation, and tax filings • Monitor and implement updates to local transfer pricing

###experience### in transfer pricing and/or BEPS compliance • Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS (Pillar 2 and Action 13) • Global or regional TP exposure is required • Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
