  • As an Experienced Associate in our Tax practice, you will provide advice and
  • guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping
  • businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. As
  • an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement
  • and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.
  • You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client
  • connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by
  • deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
  • In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze and interpret
  • local tax laws and regulations, assisting businesses in complying with local tax
  • requirements and optimizing their local tax positions. You will be expected to

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file state and local insurance premium tax returns

accurately and on time.

  • Calculate premium tax estimates and manage payment schedules to ensure

compliance with filing deadlines.

  • Analyze and interpret state and local insurance tax regulations and

legislation to assess impact filings.

  • Utilize premium tax compliance software tools to increase efficiency and

accuracy in tax filings.

  • Stay current with changes in insurance premium tax laws and best practices.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and maintain documentation of

procedures.

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or

Master's in Commerce

  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
