The Tax Manager is responsible for supporting the Company’s global tax function
with a focus on transfer pricing and international tax, while also supporting
U.S. corporate income tax compliance. This includes executing and maintaining
global transfer pricing processes, supporting US and international tax
compliance and planning, and partnering cross-functionally. This role
contributes to accurate intercompany pricing, reduces global tax risk, and
supports compliant cross-border operations in a multinational environment. This
is a hands-on role suited for a tax professional with experience in intercompany
transactions, cross-border activities, and transfer pricing documentation within
a multinational environment.
This position reports to the Director, Tax and is part of the Global Tax
function located in Brea, California, and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to
- Support and execute global transfer pricing processes, including Master File
/ Local Files, intercompany agreements, and benchmarking analyses
- Assist in implementation and monitoring of intercompany pricing policies,
ensuring alignment between legal agreements and financial results
- Serve as the primary tax lead on cross-functional and cross-border
initiatives, partnering with Finance, Legal, Operations, Global Trade
Compliance, Customs, and Danaher Corporate teams
- Support cross-border transactions and business initiatives, including supply
chain changes, IP movement, and restructuring activities
- Coordinate and support international and U.S. corporate income tax compliance
obligations, including foreign filings and coordination with Danaher,
internal teams, and external advisors
The essential requirements of the job include
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 9+ years
experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral
degree in field with 4+ years experience
- Corporate tax experience, including transfer pricing and international tax
- Working knowledge of intercompany transactions, documentation, and OECD
guidelines
- Experience supporting international tax compliance and cross-border
transactions
- Ability to analyze, document, and assess tax positions and risks related to
transfer pricing and international tax
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Leveraging data analytics and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) to
analyze and reconcile large intercompany and financial datasets
- Supporting transfer pricing documentation or audits, including Local Files,
benchmarking, or interaction with tax authorities
- Working with large, multi-entity data sets in a multinational environment,
particularly related to intercompany transactions and cross-border operations

The annual salary range for this role is $140K-$155K. This is the range that we
in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the
time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
