About the role

  • Our Deals Tax team collaborates with the Deals practice to offer tax advice on
  • various projects, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit,
  • and Mergers and Acquisitions. We seek a Manager for our Real Assets & Credit tax
  • team within the Real Estate group.

What your days will look like

  • Acting as overall deal architect - making a call on content, tone and focus of

a report; taking responsibility for successful delivery and management of your

projects.

  • Working with the partners and directors to identify opportunities to bring in

additional services and proactively manage project risk profile when leading

proposals and kicking off new pieces of work.

  • Setting the standard for coaching on projects; take time to get to know the

team and their objectives; make upskilling a priority for the team where

appropriate

  • Investing in your client relationships and key client stakeholders to get to

know your clients’ business concerns and priorities.

This role is for you if

  • You have experience of working on Real Estate projects for key clients or a

track record of advising on UK corporate tax

  • You have experience of leading and coaching others
  • You have experience in building and leveraging internal and external

relationships and networks

  • You have developed communication skills, for example, in negotiating with and

influencing others

  • Must possess an accounting or tax qualification (or an international

equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international

candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
