###Your Role### Gensler’s Finance Department is currently seeking Tax Compliance Analyst with a successful track record to join our growing team in Costa Rica. At Gensler, we design for people. We leverage our global perspective and local presence to innovate at every scale.

###What You Will Do### In this position, you will be a member of the LATAM tax team and collaborate closely with the global and LATAM regional finance teams to accomplish the following responsibilities: Prepare monthly Costa Rica VAT compliance. Work together with local vendors on the end-to-end tax compliance process for Dominican Republic. Monthly booking of journal entries to clear tax accounts on a project basis.

Work together with AP team for the proper booking of tax payments. Transaction reconciliation between different reporting and ERP systems.

###Qualifications### Bachelor or Technical or bachelor’s degree in accounting Must have 3 to 5 years of

###experience### in General Ledger and/or Tax Compliance Proficient in English (Spoken, Written & Listening) Proficient with excel Deep accounting understanding. Capable of analyzing accounts nature and get into solutions for its proper balance clearing Understanding of tax accounts It is expected for this role to have good communication skills, stakeholder management, customer service (internal and external), able be part of a network that works to achieve the firm objectives.

Highly organized, detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy Proactive and able to work in a highly collaborative environment Knowledge on LATAM countries would be considered a plus (Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Argentina) Life at Gensler We encourage every person at Gensler to lead a healthy and balanced life.
