Job Title: Tax Analyst – Tax Data & Technology Reports To: Manager – Tax Data & Technology Location: Warsaw, Poland Job Summary: Join our team as a Tax Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in supporting Baxter's tax data & technology evolution and support global tax planning, processes and controversy efforts. You will be responsible for aggregating and organizing data from various sources, including tax and non-tax functions, to support the company's tax planning, processes and controversy activities.

###experience### in corporate tax, with a focus on data aggregation and reporting Working knowledge of financial controlling (consolidation) and reporting including profit and loss , balance sheet and tax reporting, including transfer pricing and international tax Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including: Excel: advanced data analysis and visualization techniques, including pivot tables, charts, and macros Automation tools:
