###The Opportunity### We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Financial Analyst to join our global finance organization in Budapest. In this role, you will support the implementation and monitoring of Opella’s Transfer Pricing policies across international markets, ensuring affiliate profitability remains compliant with Group guidelines. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Supply Chain, and Digital functions, you will combine strong financial analysis with business partnering to support critical operational and strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, divestments, and transformation projects.

###Responsibilities### Implement and maintain transfer prices for global intercompany transactions in line with Group Transfer Pricing policies. Collect, validate, and analyse financial and operational data from multiple stakeholders to support accurate transfer pricing calculations. Monitor affiliate profitability worldwide and perform transfer pricing adjustments to ensure compliance with Group standards.

Support transfer pricing documentation activities and provide financial data required for local compliance obligations. Partner with local affiliates and Tax teams to support transfer pricing reviews, audits, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Supply Chain, Tax, and Digital teams to address transfer pricing and profitability matters.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic projects, including acquisitions, divestments, and business integrations.

###Requirements### Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

###Experience### in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, transfer pricing, or a similar finance-focused role. Strong analytical

###skills### with the ability to interpret complex financial, operational, and supply chain data. Advanced Excel

###skills### and

###experience### using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, IBM Cognos TM1, or equivalent platforms. Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules or other ERP systems. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.

Fluent English language skills; French language proficiency would be considered an advantage.
