Our Design and Technology Enablement teams are working on the development of a broad portfolio of semiconductor technologies ranging from 350 nm down to 12nm including FD-SOI, RF, High-Voltage, and automotive applications.
###Responsibilities### As a Tax Manager with the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team, you will be responsible for a wide scope of responsibilities. You will: Lead all tax aspects of post-merger and post-acquisition integration within the global tax function. Develop and execute tax integration plans for newly acquired companies.
Ensure minimal operational disruption by oversee the seamless consolidation of tax processes, systems, compliance, and reporting into the parent organization. Develop and maintain audit-ready implantation documentation. Manage and organize large amounts of data into a meaningful summary format.

Manage prioritization of multiple projects and communicate results to the team and leadership. Develop, train, and mentor junior tax professionals.
###Qualifications### Broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processes Education: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline Experience: at least 6 years of role

###Experience### in tax integration for acquisitions, divestitures, and legal entity restructurings. Strong project management experience. History of strong performance in current role.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form with all levels of employees throughout the Company. Proven success working in cross functional and geographically diverse teams and utilizing available company resources effectively. Strong interest in and proven track record with challenging assignments.
Shift work hours to provide support to clients in the United States time zones.
