Job Title Tax Manager, APAC About the role: The APAC Tax Manager will handle all aspects of direct and indirect tax for Fiserv’s affiliates in the region.

This will include regional oversight of tax returns, the quarterly / annual global tax provision process, withholding tax matters and indirect tax. You will join a global in-house tax team and be involved in a wide variety of projects around compliance, tax provisioning, group restructures, financing and process improvement. What you’ll do: Coordinate and ensure that all tax related matters are accounted for and correctly reported for U.

S. and foreign (non-U. S.)

financial and statutory reporting purposes. Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and deferred tax reporting to Management Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain Fiserv’s tax provision database.

###Experience### you’ll need to have: BS equivalent degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting and/or related field. 10 years of tax

###experience### – preferably in Big 4 Accounting Firm or U. S. based multi-national corporation.

Firm grasp of U. S. tax accounting concepts and financial reporting implications.

Ability to coordinate and manage interactions with local and regional Accounting, Finance and Treasury teams as well as the Corporate Tax function in the U. S. Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
