part of our growing Customs Operations team in the Warsaw Global Service Centre,
we are looking for a Customs Operations FinOps Specialist to support the
accurate financial execution of customs-related activities, ensuring compliance,
operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customs Operations FinOps Specialist, you will play a key role in managing
financial transactions related to customs services. Your responsibilities will
include
- Generating, validating, and processing customer invoices for customs-related
services.
- Recording revenue, taxes, duties, and associated costs accurately within
operational systems.
- Managing invoice cancellations, corrections, and reissuance processes.
- Supporting month-end closing activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Validating costs received from customs authorities and third-party providers.
- Coordinating invoice dispatch and maintaining effective communication with
Operations and Customer Experience teams.
- Supporting compliance reviews, audit requirements, and KPI reporting
activities.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving financial queries
professionally.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient completion of
operational activities.
- Identifying process improvements and proactively solving customer and
operational issues.
Currently, the team works on the first Saturday of each month to support
business requirements and workload demands. With the planned growth of the team,
this arrangement may be reviewed in the future.
What We're Looking For
- We are seeking individuals who combine strong analytical skills with a
- customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in finance operations, customs, logistics, shared services, or a
similar transactional environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential).
- Background or education in finance
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly via email.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within international teams.
- Flexibility to support rotational shifts where required.
Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be considered an advantage:
- Customs financial processes.
- Duties, taxes, and customs compliance regulations.
- Financial or logistics systems such as CargoWise One, Kewill, or similar
platforms.
- Working in high-volume operational or shared service environments.
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, customer service, and finance
teams.
