The Opportunity
- As a Tax Innovation & Delivery Experience - Tax Transformation - Manager, you
- will specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions that integrate business,
- experience, and technology aspects. You will work closely with clients to
- understand their needs, design and implement innovative solutions, and
- facilitate successful project delivery. Within our Tax practice, you will focus
- on enhancing customer and employee experiences, analyzing client needs, and
- offering guidance to create impactful experiences that drive loyalty and
- engagement.
- As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on
- strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for
- confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership
- style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are
- responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and
- managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing
- knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying
- opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to
- lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a
- meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery
- and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of innovative experience strategies to
enhance customer and employee engagement
- Managing end-to-end delivery of projects, integrating business, experience,
and technology aspects
- Analyzing client needs and developing creative solutions to drive impactful
outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and
improve performance
- Utilizing business process modeling and technology implementation skills to
optimize project delivery
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and address
their experience challenges
- Facilitating the deployment of scalable solutions that align with client
objectives
- Encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service
excellence and delivery
- Confirming project timelines and deliverables are met through strategic
planning and execution
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with
stakeholders to resolve issues
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar
or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this
opportunity

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation
within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience,
qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired
individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a wide
