through execution, communication, and successful completion.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on income tax accounting, corporate

tax compliance, and tax technology solutions to both clients and internal

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing tax professionals by fostering

technical excellence, collaboration, and career growth.

  • Serve as the engagement leader for key client relationships, ensuring

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding existing client

relationships and cultivating new prospects within the marketplace.

  • Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated tax solutions that

address clients' evolving business needs.

  • Contribute to the growth of the Income Tax Provision practice through thought

leadership, process innovation, and the development of scalable

methodologies.

  • Represent Crowe in professional organizations, industry events, and

networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and build lasting

relationships.

  • Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional

client service while supporting the strategic growth objectives of the Tax

practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required;

significant experience with income tax provision (ASC 740) and corporate tax

compliance.

  • Proven experience leading complex tax engagements and serving as a trusted

advisor to clients.

  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax,

ASC 740, uncertain tax positions, deferred taxes, and financial statement

reporting.

  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including coaching,

mentoring, and performance management.

  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships, identifying business

development opportunities, and expanding existing accounts.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple

engagements while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to

effectively present technical concepts to executives, clients, and internal

stakeholders.

  • Experience with tax provision and compliance technologies (e.g., OneSource

Tax Provision, Corptax, or similar tax technology platforms) preferred.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to the strategic growth of

the Income Tax Provision practice.
