JOB DESCRIPTION
FINANCE & TAX INTERN
Location: Shanghai
Department: Statutory & Fiscal (S&F) / Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance and tax operations by processing and organizing
invoices, payment requests, reimbursement documents, and other supporting
materials.
- Assist with data collection, consolidation, validation, and maintenance of
financial records and trackers.
- Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel and other finance
tools.
- Support documentation preparation for audits, tax filings, internal controls,
and compliance reviews.
- Maintain accurate filing and archiving of finance and tax documents.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance and Tax team as
needed.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics,
or a related field.
- Available to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle routine tasks accurately and
efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or shared services is
a plus.
