Position Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Direct Tax Specialist with
- approximately 3 years of professional tax experience to join our EMEA Tax team.
- The successful candidate will support direct tax compliance, tax accounting,
- reporting, audits, and tax projects across multiple countries within the Europe,
- Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to develop
- expertise in international taxation while working closely with finance,
- accounting, legal, transfer pricing, and external advisors across a diverse
- geographic region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TAX COMPLIANCE
- Support the preparation and review of corporate income tax returns across
EMEA jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely filing of tax returns
and related declarations.
- Monitor tax filing deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Assist with withholding tax, permanent establishment, and other direct tax
matters.
- Preparation of various intercompany charges.
Tax Accounting & Reporting
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations.
- Prepare supporting schedules for current and deferred tax calculations.
- Support effective tax rate (ETR) analyses and tax reporting requirements.
- Reconcile tax-related balance sheet accounts.
Tax Audits & Controversy
- Support responses to tax authority inquiries and audits.
- Collect documentation and coordinate information requests from external
advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized tax records and audit files.
International Tax & Planning
- Assist with cross-border tax projects and transactions.
- Support implementation of tax law changes and regulatory developments.
- Participate in initiatives related to:
- Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax
- Transfer pricing implementation
- Legal entity restructurings
- Withholding tax optimization
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, payroll, treasury, legal, and transfer
pricing teams.
- Support business operations by providing practical tax guidance.
- Contribute to process improvements and tax technology initiatives.

Approximately 3 years of relevant tax experience gained in
- Public accounting firm (Big Four or mid-tier)
- Multinational corporation
- Tax advisory practice
Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of
- Corporate income tax
- Tax accounting
- International taxation principles
- Transfer pricing concepts
Skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Languages
- Fluent English required.
- Hebrew language skills would be a plus.

- The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors
- including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
- with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition
- to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms
- of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as
- applicable.
- For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC)
- range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at
- 100% goal achievement.
