Job Description

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Prepare and review a variety of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S

corporations, and other business entities.

  • Assist clients with tax planning and compliance needs throughout the year.
  • Research tax matters and develop practical solutions to client questions and

challenges.

  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering responsive, proactive,

and personalized service.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive

solutions.

  • Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coach and mentor staff associates and interns as they develop their technical

and professional skills.

  • Contribute ideas that improve client service, team effectiveness, and firm

processes.

  • Support local businesses, organizations, and communities through meaningful

client work and community involvement.

Your Desired Experiences, Skills & Education

  • 2-6 years of tax experience in public accounting or a related industry role
  • CPA license preferred or active pursuit of certification
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience
  • Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
  • Passion for helping teammates and clients succeed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to bring fresh ideas
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
