We are looking for a motivated Senior Consultant, Transfer Pricing, to join our rapidly expanding group.

Working closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead and Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of our UK Transfer Pricing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiatives

Assist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposals

Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients

Conduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality transfer pricing deliverables and documentation in line with UK legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development guidelines

Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking

Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard transfer pricing databases

Support day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication

Draft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detail

Education and Experience

ACA-qualified or working towards an equivalent professional certification

Good understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development principles

Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous

Experience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysis
