Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys connecting with people and closing deals? Guardian Tax is looking for ambitious Client Advisors to join our growing team in Chandler. As a Client Advisor, you'll speak with individuals who have already contacted us for help with IRS and tax debt issues. You'll listen to their unique situations, educate them on available tax relief options, and guide them toward the solution that best fits their needs. Every lead is warm—your focus is on building trust, providing value, and confidently closing sales.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients seeking tax relief
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client's situation
- Present solutions with confidence and professionalism
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional communication
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales process
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals

**Schedule**
- In-office position located in Chandler, AZ
- Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday each month
**Qualifications**
- At least 6 months of phone sales experience
- Proven ability to communicate and close effectively
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
