We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our Chandler team supporting individuals dealing with IRS and tax debt challenges. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role where you’ll help clients find real solutions while building a rewarding sales career.
You’ll work exclusively with inbound leads—people who have already reached out for help. Your job is to understand their situation, communicate their options clearly, and guide them toward the best next step to resolve their tax issues.

**What You’ll Do**
- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
- Build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs
- Explain available solutions in a clear and professional way
- Overcome objections and close deals effectively
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Meet and exceed sales goals

**Schedule**
- In-office position (Chandler, AZ)
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
**Requirements**
- 1–2 years of phone sales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Professional, coachable, and motivated attitude
