Assistant Tax Manager

**The position is primarily responsible for overseeing tax compliance and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Management. The incumbent serves as the Company's representative in matters involving the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Local Government Units (LGUs), and other government agencies and external stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining strong and professional relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and training to subordinate staff, and promoting continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. In addition, the position supports the Company's financial objectives by identifying opportunities to optimize tax strategies, minimize tax-related expenditures, and maximize overall profitability while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.**
**Qualifications**
**To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience, with a strong focus on tax compliance and taxation.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong understanding of government tax legislation, regulations, and rulings.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City.
