in VAT Compliance, supporting the team with documentation handling, data validation, and process tracking across multiple jurisdictions.
The role
provides exposure to international VAT procedures and compliance operations within a collaborative team environment.
Duties
and Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and organization of VAT-related documentation and compliance files. Support the team in validating VAT data and ensuring alignment with country-specific regulations. Help track and follow up on VAT registration and deregistration processes across jurisdictions.
Join internal and external meetings related to your internship and project work. Provide general administrative support, including document classification, filing, and data entry. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of compliance tasks and deadlines.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or other relevant fields. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Attention to detail and great capacity to meet deadlines.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
