Job Descriptions Join our dynamic International Tax Services team as an Associate. In this role, you will support our Senior Associates and Managers in delivering a full spectrum of tax preparation, planning, and compliance services for international and multinational enterprises and businesses.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review U. S. tax returns and forms for international individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
Analyze and adjust financial statements to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings. Assist in ensuring compliance with U. S.
federal, state, and international tax regulations. Support senior associates and managers in preparing responses to tax authorities and external audit requests. Conduct technical tax research and draft memoranda to support client positions.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships, providing responsive and high-quality service. Collaborate with team members to manage deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively. Participate actively in professional development programs to stay current on evolving international tax laws and emerging issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation strongly preferred. CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam required. JD or LL.
M. in Taxation is a plus. Solid understanding of U.
S. international and domestic tax law, including Subpart F, GILTI, and foreign tax credit concepts. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with tax preparation software and technology tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and work extended hours when needed to meet client deadlines.
