Back Office Operator - Tax Returns

**Better is hiring a Back Office Operator for our Tax Department!**

We’re looking for an organized, highly available, and proactive team player to join our elite Tax Refund department.

Our cutting-edge technology analyzes market data alongside personalized customer profiles to unlock savings in tax refunds, insurance, pensions, mortgages, and investments.

**Location:** Tel Aviv, conveniently located right next to the HaShalom train station and Yehudit light rail station

**Hybrid work:** 3 days in-office, 2 days from home

**Salary:** Base 10,000 NIS / Month + 1,000 NIS / Month Cibus + Potential success bonuses

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

• **Client Communication:** Maintain fast-paced written and verbal communication with clients via phone and WhatsApp.
• **Document & POA Management:** Onboard clients, gather financial documents, and process signed Powers of Attorney for the Israel Tax Authority and Bituach Leumi.
• **Tax Preparation:** Prepare and structure client data for accurate tax refund calculations.
• **Process Tracking:** Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure fast, smooth back-office financial workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• **Back-Office Experience:** Proven track record as a Back-Office Specialist for at least one year - **Must**.
• **Order & High Availability:** Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and high availability - **Must**.
• **Communication & Agility:** Excellent Hebrew communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - **Must**.
• **Tax or Finance Background:** Prior experience in employee tax refunds or a general background in finance - **Advantage**.
• **System Knowledge:** Familiarity with Sha’am (Israel Tax Authority system) and the Bituach Leumi representative portal - **Advantage**.
