Overview

Business Management Tax Manager Hybrid - Century City, LA Summary: The Business Management Tax Manager performs and oversees accounting and tax-related financial matters for high net worth individuals, executives, and closely held entities primarily within the entertainment industry. This role ensures the accuracy and completenesss of financial records, supports tax compliance and planning and reviews and oversees accountin work performance across client engagements.

This job requres knowledge of fundamental accounting and/or tax principals and the ability to peform work, manage process and meet deadlines. Core Responsibilities: Leading Managing and Holding People Accountable (LMA) Learn and begin applying growth process (participates in assigned RC, pipeline support, COPs, etc.)

(tax knowledge, monthly accounting reports, investment reports) Develops engagement team (prepares seniors to the next level) Essential Functions: Perform quarterly and year-end tax planning, including identification of planning opportunities and risk areas Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, S Corporations, C Corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and trusts. Review general ledger activity, journal entries, and account classifications for accuracy and tax readiness.

Experience

working with closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, or business management clients; entertainment industry

experience

preferred Proficiency in accounting software such as AgilLink, QuickBooks, or similar platforms Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 #LI-Hybrid
