**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its specialized pediatric ear, nose, throat, head and neck services and is seeking a highly skilled **Consultant Pediatric ENT** to join its growing clinical team. This role is designed for internationally trained pediatric otolaryngologists seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the opportunity to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving infants, children, and adolescents from diverse backgrounds. **ROLE OVERVIEW**

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary pediatric environment alongside pediatricians, pediatric surgeons, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, speech and language therapists, audiologists, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced diagnostic, surgical, and inpatient facilities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired pediatric ENT conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, airway, head and neck.
  • Perform pediatric ENT procedures including adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, myringotomy with grommet insertion, endoscopic airway procedures, bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy, and other pediatric ENT surgeries within scope of practice.
  • Assess and manage pediatric airway disorders, recurrent ENT infections, hearing disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, congenital neck masses, and pediatric voice and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with pediatrics, neonatology, pediatric surgery, audiology, speech therapy, radiology, and other specialties to deliver comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
  • Provide parents and caregivers with clear counselling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, postoperative care, and long-term management plans.
  • Maintain compliance with patient safety standards, surgical protocols, clinical documentation, informed consent, infection prevention, and international quality guidelines.

  • American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery with Pediatric ENT Fellowship
  • UK CCT / FRCS (ORL-HNS) with recognized Pediatric ENT Fellowship
  • European Board / National Specialist Certification with Pediatric ENT Fellowship
  • Royal College Certification (Canada)
  • Australian FRACS (Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery)
  • Arab Board
  • MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognized specialist qualification with Pediatric ENT training/fellowship
