**ABOUT THE ROLE**
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its specialized pediatric ear, nose, throat, head and neck services and is seeking a highly skilled **Consultant Pediatric ENT** to join its growing clinical team. **ROLE OVERVIEW**
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary pediatric environment alongside pediatricians, pediatric surgeons, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, speech and language therapists, audiologists, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced diagnostic, surgical, and inpatient facilities.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired pediatric ENT conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, airway, head and neck.
- Perform pediatric ENT procedures including adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, myringotomy with grommet insertion, endoscopic airway procedures, bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy, and other pediatric ENT surgeries within scope of practice.
- Assess and manage pediatric airway disorders, recurrent ENT infections, hearing disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, congenital neck masses, and pediatric voice and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with pediatrics, neonatology, pediatric surgery, audiology, speech therapy, radiology, and other specialties to deliver comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
- Provide parents and caregivers with clear counselling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, postoperative care, and long-term management plans.
- Maintain compliance with patient safety standards, surgical protocols, clinical documentation, informed consent, infection prevention, and international quality guidelines.

- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian FRACS (Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery)
- Arab Board
- MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognized specialist qualification with Pediatric ENT training/fellowship
