Corporate Tax Accountant/Manager - Full Time

**Locations: Chicago, IL / Houston, TX / Los Angeles, CA/Philadelphia, PA / Sterling, VA/ Nashville, TN/Kansas City, MO / Princeton, NJ**

**Work Model:** Hybrid – minimum **2 days/week onsite** (office or client site)

**Salary Range:** **$112,000 – $160,000/year**

**Bonus:** Annual performance-based bonus

**Must-Have Qualifications**

• **Active CPA** in PA or VA (or reciprocity) **OR** JD with active law license
• 4–7+ years of **progressive corporate tax compliance or consulting experience**
• Strong experience with **ASC 740**, corporate tax provision prep/review/audit
• Recent public accounting experience with a **Top 15 firm**
• Experience supporting **large, multi-state/national/global** corporate clients
• Ability to work hybrid (2 days onsite weekly)

• Experience with **OneSource Tax Provision (OTP)**
• Professional services background
