**Job Purpose**
Preparing the tax calculation, tax reconciliation, tax payment and tax reports properly and on time, in order to comply with the regulations. Ensure the filing of the tax reports & supporting documents properly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare tax calculations, reconciliations, payments, and statutory tax reports.
- Manage tax invoices through the e-Faktur and e-Bupot systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax payments with proper supporting documentation.
- Support VAT refund processes and tax research in line with regulatory updates.
- Maintain organized tax documentation and records.
- Collect and compile data for transfer pricing documentation and tax audits.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tax treatment and compliance.
- Support tax audits, objections, appeals, and other tax dispute processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and maintain up-to-date tax knowledge.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Taxation, or a related field.
- Brevet A & B certification is required (Brevet C is an advantage).
- 1–2 years of experience in a Tax role.
- Experience in a 1st or 2nd tier Tax Consultant Firm is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and tax compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, e-Faktur, and DJP tax applications.
- Basic accounting knowledge and financial reporting understanding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a target-driven environment.
- Exposure to the shipping, logistics, maritime, or related industries is a plus.
- Will to be located in Surabaya
