and reimbursements, and assisting with freight cost monitoring and reporting activities. Hourly 1st shift position Wage range is $25.00 to $28.79 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Support day-to-day customs compliance activities under the direction of the PC&L Manager or Supervisor. Review and process shipping documents (BOL, commercial invoices, customs paperwork) for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized records of all customs-related documentation and filings.
Assist with audits of supplier and broker documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Assist in coordination with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams (materials, purchasing, accounting) to resolve shipment issues. Assist in maintaining accurate HTSUS classifications and customs data. Prepare routine reports on duties, freight costs, and audit findings.
Escalate issues or non-compliance concerns to management in a timely manner. Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, and maintain good housekeeping (5S).

in a logistics, shipping, or customs-related environment preferred. Manufacturing environment preferred Advanced level Microsoft Office suite required; Intermediate level SAP preferred. Required to travel–5% KEY JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Basic knowledge of customs regulations and freight processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document processing. Good communication
skills
(internal and external). Ability to follow standard procedures and supervisor direction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP
