Customs and Supply Analyst Position Spotlight Play a key role in inventory management, supply planning, demand analysis, and operational decision-making across a global supply chain.
Support day-to-day inventory analysis, supply reporting, and assist with demand planning to ensure product availability and business continuity. Ideal for professionals with experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, inventory management, procurement, materials planning, or distribution environments. Candidates with customs experience highly preferred.
In this role, you will be based in-person at our warehouse location in Centennial, CO. About the Role We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Regional Logistics team as a Customs and Supply Analyst. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in supply chain operations, inventory planning, logistics coordination, demand planning, procurement support, warehouse operations, or customs compliance who enjoy using data to drive decisions and improve supply performance.
In this position, you will help ensure product availability across the business by managing inventory insights, supporting replenishment activities, collaborating with global supply chain partners, and assisting with import/export processes. You'll work closely with warehouse, planning, and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels while supporting customs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Provide internal stakeholders with timely, relevant information on replenishment and demand planning (e. g. , past-due order status and supply plans for constrained items) by proactively publishing updates.
Maintain open communication with global supply chain and external suppliers regarding: Forecast changes Product launches Obsolescence plans Clinical study needs Field requirements Create and review inventory reports to identify items requiring action and mitigate inventory risk. Analyze inventory trends and supply performance to support operational planning and decision-making.
Partner with warehouse teams to maintain appropriate product mix and inventory levels across all locations. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, logistics, and customer-facing teams to support business objectives. Support CAM Import/Export regulatory processes and customs clearance.

Pay Range in the United States: $25. 50/hr - $27. 50/hr based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary.
