Do you have the right stuff to join us as a **Customs Assistant** as part of our dynamic **Customs Clearance Department** in Greece?

If appointed, you will play a key role in ensuring the **efficient customs clearance of import, export, and transit shipments**, contributing to high service delivery standards and smooth operational flow.
**Key responsibilities include:**
- Processing and managing **customs clearance documentation** accurately and efficiently
- Coordination of **import, export, and transit clearance procedures** with customs authorities
- Liaison with **customs officers and departments** to ensure timely resolution of operational issues
- Supporting **air freight operations and internal departments** (Sales, Operations, Accounts)

**What we’re looking for**
- **2-3 years’ experience** in customs clearance and/or import/export operations
- Knowledge of **customs formalities and relevant regulations**
- Intermediate level of **English language skills**
- Proficiency in **MS Office applications**
- Strong **customer focus** and service orientation
- Excellent **attention to detail** and accuracy
- Good **coordination and organizational skills**
- Ability to **adapt to changing operational needs**
- Effective **teamwork and collaboration**
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**
