From the employer**What You Can Expect** **:**
- Create draft PEB/PIB base on shipping documents from customer.
- Ensure the correctness and completeness of shipping documents before transmit data to EDI.
- Closely monitor with customs for EDI respond.
- Follow up with customs for any STPNP, blockage and any other customs issues.
- Provide info for export and import restriction’s permit.
- Assist operation team for any customs clearance information and issues.
- Update for any new export and import customs regulation and share it to Superior.
- Ensure compliance of documents with Indonesia regulations.
- Report any job-related problems, complaints to Superior.
**What You Bring:**
- University graduate in any fields Diploma
- Having PPJK license is an advantage.
- Have a good service mind.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Can communicate English and Bahasa both spoken and written effectively.
- Capable of handling and dealing with different level people.
- Must be organized.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
