**Position Summary:**

Ensure compliant and efficient U.S. customs operations, **managing air/ocean** **import-export clearance.**

**Key responsibilities include:**

  • Overseeing quotation and cost control
  • Managing bonded inventory for OEM processes

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain compliance standards
  • Conduct FTZ compliance audits
  • Classify products using HS codes
  • Process equipment import/export clearance
  • Manage material import/finished goods export clearance
  • Monitor shipments and resolve exceptions
  • Coordinate logistics: book air/ocean/truck transport
  • Maintain bonded inventory records
  • Manage customs/logistics quotes and costs
  • Process payments to brokers/forwarders

**Education & Experience:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
  • 1+ years customs experience in manufacturing, (Preferred) Knowledge of U.S. customs brokers
