The Customs Compliance Manager will serve as the central owner of the customs framework for GSP. You will define, implement, and monitor the structures, standards, and controls needed to secure compliance today while enabling further optimization and value creation.

What you’ll do You will own and shape the customs and trade compliance framework for Global Supply Points across multiple locations, bringing together activities that currently sit across multiple functions into a clear, integrated and consistent approach.

Acting as the central subject‑matter expert, you will design and implement governance, policies and standards for customs, export control and trade compliance, embedding them into daily planning, logistics, procurement and export operations. By leading HS classification, origin determination and compliance controls, you will strengthen risk management, ensure effective use of customs facilitations and enable compliant, efficient international trade across all manufacturing and OpCo locations.

in customs, export or trade compliance, including HS classification, origin and valuation Proven

experience

working with customs trade tools and ERP systems in regulated environments A structured, analytical communicator with strong stakeholder and project management

skills

A proactive partner who can operate independently while collaborating effectively across global teams Qualifications,

and Competencies HBO/University degree. Proven understanding of customs processes (HS classification, valuation, preferential origin, license management). Strong project management and structured working approach.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and control implementation capabilities. Effective communicator who can engage stakeholders at different organizational levels. Proactive mindset capable of building and improving processes.
