***Purpose of the Position***
*We are looking for a* ***detail-oriented and organized Customs Data Entry Clerk*** *to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customs-related information into internal and external systems, supporting customs declaration processes and ensuring data integrity.*
*You will work closely with customs declarants, operational teams, and other internal stakeholders to help ensure that customs documentation is processed efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements.*
***Main Responsibilities***
- *Accurately enter customs declaration data into internal and external customs systems*
- *Verify information received from customers and internal stakeholders for completeness and accuracy*
- *Process customs documentation in accordance with established procedures and deadlines*
- *Maintain and update records relating to customs declarations and shipments*
- *Review documentation and identify missing or inconsistent information*
- *Liaise with customs declarants and operational teams to resolve data discrepancies*
- *Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements*
- *Support the preparation and organization of customs-related documentation*
- *Monitor workflows and escalate issues that could impact service delivery*
- *Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities*

***Requirements***
- *Secondary education or higher; education in logistics, international trade, administration, or a related field is an advantage*
- *Previous experience in data entry, customs, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred*
- *Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy*
- *Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining quality standards*
- *Good organizational and time-management skills*
- *Comfortable working with multiple systems and software applications*
- *Basic knowledge of customs procedures or international trade is an advantage*
- *Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team*
- *Good command of English (written and spoken)*
