**This position reports to the Senior Imports Controller**

**Purpose of the role:** This role is responsible for accurate data entry, documentation processing, and administrative support for international freight forwarding operations.

**Your responsibilities can include:**

• Process and input shipment data into freight forwarding systems
• Maintain accurate records of shipment status and tracking information
• Generate reports and documentation for customs clearance
• Liaise with clients regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners
• Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes

**Qualifications and experience:**

• Matric Certificate
• Preferred: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field
• Experience with freight forwarding software systems

(CargoWise)
